Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. Terms and Conditions for Drivers

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yesboss app and your participation as a driver with Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Failure to comply with any section may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Driver Responsibilities

  • Right to Work: You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permits to work as a delivery driver in the United Kingdom.

  • Insurance: You must maintain up-to-date vehicle and business delivery insurance coverage at all times while using the Yesboss platform.

  • Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner when interacting with merchants, delivering products, and representing Yesboss Enterprise Ltd.

2. Delivery Standards

  • Careful Handling: You are expected to handle all products with care and to deliver them in good condition.

  • Timeliness: You must deliver orders promptly within the timeframes agreed upon.

  • Professionalism: As a driver using the Yesboss platform, you are expected to represent yourself and Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Information Accuracy

  • Correct Information: All personal and vehicle information provided to Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. must be accurate and kept up to date.

  • Account Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the details associated with your account are correct at all times, including contact details, vehicle details, and payment information.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

  • No Employment Relationship: Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. serves solely as an intermediary connecting drivers with merchants. By using the Yesboss platform, you agree that you are operating as an independent contractor and are not an employee of Yesboss Enterprise Ltd.

  • Driver Liability: You acknowledge that Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. is not liable for any damages to property, income loss, injuries, or any other damages, including death, arising from your work as a delivery driver.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Middleman Role: Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. acts only as a connecting platform for drivers and merchants. We are not liable for any incidents, including:

    • Damage to products during transport,

    • Delays or other delivery issues,

    • Personal injury, accidents, or death.

  • Driver Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for your actions, including any damages caused during the course of deliveries.

6. Account Termination

  • Termination Rights: Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any driver account at its discretion, with or without reason.

  • Immediate Suspension: Any breach of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

7. Data Privacy

  • Information Sharing: Driver information will only be shared as necessary to fulfill deliveries and for administrative or accounting purposes, as well as any account set ups that are required for the full functionality of the platform.

  • Privacy Assurance: Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy of driver information in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Yesboss app or via email.

  • Your continued use of the Yesboss platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
