Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. Terms and Conditions for Merchants

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the Yesboss app (“App”). By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Merchant Responsibilities and Account Requirements

By registering an account on the Yesboss app, you confirm that you are authorized to make orders on behalf of the business listed in the account.

Merchants must ensure the accuracy of all provided information, including business name, contact details, and delivery addresses.

2. Order Preparation and Pick-Up

All orders placed on the Yesboss platform must be ready for pick-up within five (5) minutes of the driver’s arrival at your location.

Merchants acknowledge that late preparation may result in delays or potential order cancellations, for which Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. is not liable.

3. Invoicing and Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued every Monday, covering all transactions for the prior week.

Payments must be made within five (5) days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.

Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. values your privacy. Order data will only be shared with drivers assigned to fulfill the order and with authorized accountants, if necessary, for billing purposes.

By using our platform, you agree to this limited sharing of information as essential to our service provision.

5. Intellectual Property

The Yesboss app and all content provided by Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. remain the exclusive property of Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app or its content.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or replication of the app’s functionality or interface is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitations of Liability

Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:

Delays in order preparation or delivery,

Miscommunication between merchants and drivers,

Product loss, spoilage, or damage, or

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and ready for driver pick-up.

7. Representations and Warranties

By using the Yesboss app, you represent that:

You are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the business associated with your account.

You have the authority to process orders on behalf of the business.

Any misrepresentation or breach of these representations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Termination and Suspension

Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of these Terms.

Termination or suspension may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Yesboss Enterprise Ltd. may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Yesboss app or communicated via email.

Continued use of the app following any updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply fully and accept all responsibility and obligations as outlined. Failure to adhere to any section of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Yesboss platform.
